This instant kulfi mix weighs 100g and is a vegetarian product. It is made from sugar, skimmed milk powder, edible starch, dextrose, permitted stabilizer, mixed dry fruits, cardamom, permitted food colours & flavours. Instant kulfi at home in hygienic environment., add contents to 500 ml warm milk. Boil the mix for 10 minutes till it thickens., cool completely & pour into moulds to freeze. Use full cream milk for creamier kulfi.. It has a shelf life of 1 year.
