We all love Biryani, but when it comes to preparing them, most of us step back because of the tedious process. Don’t worry, Every Kitchen® has launched its Dum Biryani Paste for quick & easy preparation.


Every Kitchen® Dum Biryani Paste's rich flavours and enticing aroma can turn an ordinary meal into a feast. Our Paste is made with the traditional authentic recipe to create a mouthwatering Biryani.

    Marination ingredients - Every Kitchen® Dum Biryani paste, 600gms chicken, 300gms whisked creamy yogurt, handful of fresh coriander & mint leaves, 50gms of ghee

    Recipe instruction
    o Take chicken, yogurt, coriander & mint Leaves. Mix in biryani paste & marinade for 1 hour or overnight. For mutton, marination should be done overnight.

    Rice ingredients – 600gms basmati rice, 8 cups of fresh water, 2 TBSP of salt, 1 TBSP of refined sunflower oil, half lemon, handful of fresh coriander & mint Leaves, Every Kitchen rice seasoning bag

    Recipe instruction
    o Wash rice 4 times & soak for 30 minutes. Take water & bring to boil. Add rice seasoning bag, salt, ghee, lemon juice, coriander & mint leaves. Boil for 5 minutes
    o Remove seasoning bag & add soaked rice to the boiling water. sCook rice till 5 mins (70% cooked) & switch off the gas

    Cooking ingredients – 1 TBSP of refined sunflower oil, handful of fresh coriander & mint leaves, handful of fried onions, pinch of shahi jeera, 1 cup of fresh water, 5 TBSP of ghee, 1/4 cup of warm milk, 1/4 cup of seasoned rice water & pinch of saffron.

    Recipe instruction
    o Take a pot, add oil & a thin layer of 70% cooked seasoned rice. 
    o Layer 50% marinated chicken & top it with 50% rice. Sprinkle mint, coriander, fried onions & pinch of shahi jeera. Repeat the same for the next layer. 
    o Take warm milk, oil. seasoned rice water & saffron. Mix well & add to the last layer. Add water & ghee & give dum on low medium flame for 40-45 minutes. 
    o Switch off the flame & rest the biryani for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with raita, papad, chutney, pickles, kachumber
