Ingredients you will need – Every Kitchen Makhani paste, 400gms boneless chicken, 1 TBSP ginger garlic paste, 1 TBSP Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 TSP salt, 1/4 cup creamy yogurt, 1/4 cup oil, 1/3 cup water, 1/4 cup fresh cream
Recipe instruction
Marination
o Take a vessel & add chicken, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, yogurt & mix well. Marinade for one hour.
o Take a pan, add oil & shallow fry marinated chicken & cook until 85% done.
Remove the chicken & add Makhani paste in the pan, water, mix well & bring to boil.
Add the 85% cooked chicken, butter, cream & simmer on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
