Ingredients you will need – Every Kitchen Mumbai Pav Bhaji paste, two small sized potatoes, 1/3 cup green peas, 2 TBSP butter, 2/3 cups of water, half lemon juice and handful of chopped coriander
Recipe instruction
Boil potatoes, green peas
Take a flat base pan, add a little water, Pav Bhaji paste & let it boil till you see the pops.
Add boiled potatoes, green peas, water & mash them well.
Add coriander leaves, butter, salt as per taste, lemon juice & cook for 10 minutes till it attains consistency.
Garnish with coriander & serve with buttered toasted pav.
