    Ingredients you will need – Every Kitchen Tandoori paste, 2.825 kgs chicken legs or drumsticks, 1.5 lemons, 2.5 TBSP Kashmiri red chilli powder, ½ TBSP salt, 1.5 TSP turmeric & 650g creamy yogurt


    Recipe

    1st marination

    • Slit the chicken to make sure marinade reaches the inside. Add Lemon juice, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric & salt.

    • Marinade overnight


     2nd marination

    • Take yogurt & hang for an hour.

    • Take a vessel, add tandoori paste, hung curd & mix well. Add marinated chicken & rest for an hour.


    Cooking instructions:

    • 1st method

    o In a microwave oven, cook the chicken at 180 degrees for 25 minutes under micro grill mode. Cook each side for 12mins.

    o For charcoal effect, grill the chicken on the stove flame after the microwave.


    • 2nd method 

    o Pan fry. 

    o For charcoal effect, grill the chicken on the stove flame after pan frying.
