The cob is with both ends cut, the rows of kernels are
straight on the cobs(not crossed), not damaged ( not broken,
no miscut), not ice covered, foreign bodies and mineral
impurities are absent on the cobs. Hulk and silk are absent
on the cobs.

alter from light yellow to yellow ( not yellowish brown, not
light brown).Typical for sweet corn, not extraneous smells.Typical slightly sweet taste (not sweet), no off flavors.After being in defrost conditions at room temperature 67 – 69 %, corn on the cob is produced from fresh young crop of zea mays variety of
tender, pale yellow colour by removing husk and silk, inspecting, washing,
blanching(not overcooked), cooling and freezed, and stored at –180C or
below.
Prior to delivery it must be metal detected.
