Features
Stainless Steel 304 and 304L offer excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of environments, including atmospheric, chemical, and acidic conditions. They are non-magnetic and exhibit good strength and formability, making them easy to work with in various fabrication processes. These grades of stainless steel can be cold worked, rolled, or drawn without compromising their corrosion resistance, making them ideal for producing sheets, plates, and coils with different dimensions and specifications.

Chemical Composition
Stainless Steel 304 contains approximately 18-20% chromium and 8-10.5% nickel, with a maximum of 0.08% carbon. Stainless Steel 304L is a low-carbon variant of 304, with a maximum carbon content of 0.03%. The lower carbon content in 304L helps prevent carbide precipitation during welding, making it suitable for applications that involve extensive welding or high-temperature exposure.
