Organic Nature Valley’s Bay Leaves, are collected from trees that are native to the region around Nongriat Village. On deconstructing the word, “Sla” refers to leaves. The word “Tyrpad” as such aptly refers to these trees that are over 5 feet wide and grow up to a height of 6o feet.

The best and freshest of bay leaves can only be found at the very top of these trees and the nimblest of climber scale these giants to bring you bay leaves of unrivalled quality.

Bay leaf is used as a spice to impart flavor to a variety of dishes in the region, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Crushing the leaves imparts a more intense flavor than when they are used whole.
