Jaggery is a bi product of sugar cane. Sugar Cane is a crop which is widely cultivated in Western Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand & Maharashtra.


Each Sugar Cane has it's distinctive flavour, taste & sweetness based on it's geographical location & state of produce.


Our procurement is directly from the farmers of Western Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand & majorly of whom are into Organic Cultivation, i.e. minimalist or no usage of pesticides, cultivation on great quality soil, careful sorting & segregation right from harvesting to juice extraction, boiling & conversion of jaggery in the most efficient way, with minimalist human intervention.
