    Premium Mango Pulp (Mangifera indica)

    Indulge in the rich and authentic taste of premium mango pulp, sourced from the best mango-growing regions in India. We offer three main varieties:

    • Alphonso Mango Pulp: Known as the "King of Mangoes," with a rich flavor, sweetness, and a distinctive fragrance. It has a bright yellow to golden color.
    • Totapuri Mango Pulp: Mildly sweet with a tangy flavor and bright yellow pulp, perfect for juices and mango-based products.
    • Kesar Mango Pulp: Renowned for its rich flavor and deep saffron-colored pulp, widely used in desserts and beverages.

    Available in various grades to suit your needs:

    • Aseptic Mango Pulp: Processed in a sterile environment, ensuring long shelf life without preservatives.
    • Canned Mango Pulp: Packaged in tin cans with a high-grade interior coating to maintain taste and prevent contamination.
    • Frozen Mango Pulp: Flash-frozen to preserve freshness and flavor, ideal for longer storage.

    Our mango pulp is known for its vibrant color (bright yellow to deep orange), sweet and rich flavor, and characteristic aroma. The sweetness (Brix) ranges from 13-18°, depending on the variety, with a pH level of 3.5 to 4.0.

    Rich in essential nutrients, per 100g of mango pulp contains 74 kcal, 18.2g of carbohydrates, 16g of sugars, 0.6g of protein, 0.2g of fat, 1.6g of dietary fiber, along with Vitamin C (36mg) and Vitamin A (54 µg).

    We offer flexible packaging options, including aseptic drums (200-liter), canned packaging (850g, 3.1kg, 5.25kg), bulk packaging (20kg, 50kg, 200kg), and frozen packaging. Each product can be custom labeled to include details such as variety, grade, net weight, and origin.

    The shelf life varies by grade:

    • Aseptic Mango Pulp: 24 months at ambient temperatures.
    • Canned Mango Pulp: 12-18 months.
    • Frozen Mango Pulp: 24 months when stored below -18°C.
