The MVE-SV are "long" electric vibrators, with foot fixing on the ends of the body. They are available in 4-pole version with different voltages, suitable for use with inverters (variable frequency drive) and centrifugal force variable from 3,500 to 8,000 kg, adjustable on each individual model.
MVE-FD electric vibrating motors are developed for flange mounting on the walls of vibrating machines, as an alternative to traditional eccentric shaft systems. Available in 6 and 8 poles with different voltages, they are suitable for use with inverters (variable frequency drive) and have a centrifugal force ranging from 4,500 to 25,000 kg, adjustable on each individual model.
The MVE DC electric vibrators consist of an electric motor housed in a robust cast aluminum casing designed by FMEA, with eccentric weights mounted on both ends of the shaft that operate at 12 or 24 volts. An MVE originally designed for concrete mixers and other industrial or agricultural vehicles, capable of withstanding harsh environments.
Providing from 200 kg to 3500 Kg of centrifugal force with 2, 4 or 6 poles, the Standard “S” series and the Industrial “I” series of vibrating motors are suitable for all kinds of vibrating sieves. S and I Flanged Vibrating motors are used on vibrating sieves for solid-liquid separation or solid-solid sizing purpose.
