The name Panigha originates from Sanskrit and refers to a person who creates handicrafts. It is more than an ethical and sustainable brand is a movement to support and promote handmade, started as a good-hearted initiative by Mrs. Saraswati Naidu, a handicraft enthusiast, in 2017, to revive the slowly fading away age-old Indian Handicrafts and thus support the artisans behind them. In 2019, her daughter Ms. Vinita, an experienced textile designer joined the team. Our products are made with a passion for handicrafts, sustainable practices and an understanding of modern-day needs. Each product is handmade by our talented artisans, which leaves an indelible personal touch and makes it a unique addition to your home and life. The idea behind ‘PANIGHA’ is to offer handcrafted products to its customers who are creative-minded, who want to look like themselves, not the masses.
