High Voltage Induction Motors are precision-engineered for applications requiring power ratings of 7.5kV and above. The motors feature a uniform internal cooling circuit with options for axial cooling for smaller ratings and both radial and axial ventilation for larger ratings. They meet Basic mounting dimensions as per IS standards and incorporate a class insulation system, with available options of both Resin rich and Resin poor (VPI) varieties. Additionally, the dynamically balanced rotor bars are brazed with end rings using a One Shot Brazing process, enhancing their durability and longevity. Our environmentally friendly motors are equipped to meet all drive fault tests, featuring a phase segregated terminal box along with RTD, BTD, and dial-type temperature indicators. We also offer a separate terminal box for neutral point and temperature terminations, along with provisions for a Magnetic Slot Wedge to improve efficiency and power factor.
