The changing information-seeking behavior of users has resulted in increased demand for up-to-date information from a variety of sources via various methods. Therefore, the application of ICTs is crucial in meeting the current information needs of stakeholders. With the majority of information sources now being published in digital formats, the emergence of digital libraries has transformed the information dissemination landscape.
