Did you know that in just 2 tablespoons of our tomato puree, you can enjoy the flavour and goodness of 1 medium-sized tomato, further also saving you the hassle of blanching and grinding? While cooking, simply add 6 tablespoons of puree to 90-100 ml of water to get a gravy equal to that of 3 medium-sized tomatoes (180-200 ml).
