Aluminum scrap refers to discarded aluminum materials that undergo recycling processes to reclaim their metal content. These scraps can originate from various sources, including manufacturing waste, construction debris, and end-of-life products. Recycling aluminum scrap is environmentally beneficial as it reduces the need for virgin aluminum production, conserves energy, and minimizes landfill waste. Aluminum scrap undergoes sorting, cleaning, and melting processes to remove impurities and shape it into ingots or billets for reuse in manufacturing. The recycled aluminum retains its properties, making it a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to primary aluminum production, supporting a circular economy and resource conservation efforts.

Aluminium Extrusion Scrap 6063 refers to waste or discarded aluminium material that has been previously extruded into various shapes and profiles. This type of scrap is highly valued in the recycling industry due to its high aluminium content and excellent properties for reprocessing. Appearance: Consists of clean aluminium extrusions, typically in the form of profiles, rods, tubes, and other shapes. Free from paint, coatings, or any attachments such as iron, plastic, or other non-aluminium materials. Aluminium Purity: Aluminium content ranges between 97% to 99%. Contains trace amounts of magnesium and silicon, enhancing its strength and corrosion resistance. Source: Commonly sourced from construction materials, window and door frames, automotive parts, and other extruded aluminium products.Collected from industrial, commercial, and residential sources.
