Precipitated silica is a silica (SiO2) produced by precipitation from a solution containing silicate salts. The production of precipitated silica starts with the reaction of an alkaline silicate solution with a mineral acid. Sulfuric acid and sodium silicate solutions are added simultaneously with agitation to water. Precipitation is carried out under alkaline conditions. The choice of agitation, duration of precipitation, the addition rate of reactants, their temperature and concentration, and pH can vary the properties of the silica. The formation of a gel stage is avoided by stirring at elevated temperatures. The resulting white precipitate is filtered, washed and dried in the manufacturing process.
Also known as silicon dioxide, every unit of white Silica Powder contains two oxygen and single silicon atoms.
quartz, Second most abundant mineral (after feldspar) in the Earth’s crust, present in many rocks. Quartz, which consists of silica, or silicon dioxide (SiO2), has great economic importance. Many varieties are gemstones, including amethyst, citrine, smoky quartz, and rose quartz. Sandstone, composed mainly of quartz, is an important building stone. Large amounts of quartz sand (or silica sand) are used in the manufacture of glass and ceramics and for molds in metal casting.
Silica gel is a desiccant, a substance that absorbs and holds moisture. It is composed of small, porous beads made from silicon dioxide, a compound found in nature as quartz. Silica gel is known for its high adsorption capacity, making it effective in removing moisture from the air and preventing the growth of mold, mildew, and corrosion.
WE are manufacturing Quartz silica powder. we have our own brand name "Silica 10".
Washed silica sand refers to silica sand that undergoes a washing and rinsing process after mining. Salt, clay, and other powders and dust are washed out of the overall mixture. It often undergoes additional separating and classification into grain sizes or grit sizing.

Tata Teversil 180f precipitated silica is a versatile material that finds application in various industries due to its unique properties. Tata Teversil 180f precipitated silica, specifically, is manufactured by Tata Chemicals Limited and is known for its high purity and consistent quality. It possesses several desirable characteristics, making it suitable for diverse applications. Some common uses of Tata Teversil 180f precipitated silica include: Oral Care Products: Precipitated silica is commonly used in toothpaste formulations as a mild abrasive to aid in the removal of plaque and stains from teeth. Tata Teversil 180f can contribute to the desired cleaning and polishing effects without being overly abrasive. Food and Personal Care Products: Tata Teversil 180f precipitated silica is utilized as an anti-caking agent in food powders, such as spices, seasoning mixes, and powdered beverages. It helps prevent clumping and ensures free-flowing characteristics. It is used as a thickening agent and viscosity modifier.
Silica Sand is one of the common varieties of sand in the world. This is widely used in different industrial processes for making glass, moulds and castings. It is utilized in different ways like glass manufacturing, industrial casting, water filtration, sand blasting, concrete, etc. Usages of Silica Sand: 1) Utilized in different industrial sectors such as personal care products, glass, construction materials, electronics, etc. 2) Used for equestrian surfaces, golf course root zones, artificial turf, etc. 3) Used for disodium ultramarine, water purification, synthetic foundry moulding catalysts, etc. 4) Used in the development of refractory, acid heat resistant ceramics, pottery glaze, enamel and many more.
Foundry sand is clean, uniformly sized, high quality silica sand, used in foundry casting processes. The sand is bonded to form molds or patterns used for ferrous (iron and steel) and non-ferrous (copper, aluminum, brass) metal castings.
Quartz is a hard, crystalline mineral composed of silica. The atoms are linked in a continuous framework of SiO4 silicon–oxygen tetrahedra, with each oxygen being shared between two tetrahedra, giving an overall chemical formula of SiO2. Quartz is the second most abundant mineral in Earth's continental crust. It is hard, brittle, transparent material with a density of 2649 kg/m3 and a melting point of 1432C. This naturally available quartz is mined by the company and processed for achieving the various size fractions as per customer’s requirements. Once the high purity Quartz is procured from the mines, the material undergoes manual sorting, advanced colour sorting, state- of the- art magnet systems, proper sizing with high frequency vibrations to achieve the best material. Application industries: • Engineering stone • Semiconductor • Glass • Refractory • Ceramics
Quartzite is a metamorphic rock formed when quartz-rich sandstone or chert has been exposed to high temperatures and pressures. Such conditions fuse the quartz grains together forming a dense, hard, equigranular rock.

quartz, a widely distributed mineral of many varieties that consists primarily of silica, or silicon dioxide (SiO2). Large amounts of quartz sand (also known as silica sand) are used in the manufacture of glass and ceramics and for foundry molds in metal casting. Crushed quartz is used as an abrasive in sandpaper, silica sand is employed in sandblasting, and sandstone is still used whole to make whetstones, millstones, and grindstones.

Quartz powder, also known as silicon fine powder, is employed for traction in the mining and railroad industries. It also is used in recreation of golf courses, baseball fields, beaches, and volleyball courts due to its high strength, durability, and chemical inertness.
