Ingredients you will need – Every Kitchen® Kaari paste, 690gms of mutton, 2 cups of water, 2 TBSP of ginger garlic paste, 2 TSP green chilli paste, 200ml of creamy fat coconut milk, 2 TSP of natural tamarind paste
Recipe instruction
For boiling mutton
o Take a pressure cooker & add mutton/chicken, 1.5 cups of water, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste & pressure cook on high flame till 1st whistle.
o Set the flame to low & cook till 10 minutes.
Cooking the dish
o Take a vessel, add mutton with the stock, Kaari paste, mix well & cook on high flame till boiling point.
o Add coconut milk, tamarind paste & mix well.
o Set the flame to low, add 1/2 cup water & mix well. Cook for 15 minutes.
o Serve hot with white rice or tandoori roti, accompanied with green coriander chutney.
